) Whenever I was mad in these parts for the pâté Ardennes (but after learning of the "treatment" risarvato geese sigh - I went hungry ...) ... Since you are a gourmet, remaining on gender, though never I knew him I recommend the "boudin blanc à tartiner" pâte de viande blanche end Maigre (volaille, veau, porc) ..
